Now it's the turn of another mid-range mobile, although this time it refers to a slightly lower level; However, it still has amazing technical characteristics, especially in aspects such as the screen.
The new Honor X40 presented today has a 6.67-inch screen as the main attraction, and not just because of its size. It is based on OLED technology, and this is indeed a huge leap from the IPS technology used in its predecessor Honor X30 that was launched late last year.
It's a screen with good numbers on paper, with a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels and a refresh rate of 120 Hz; It adds a maximum brightness of 800 nits and a color depth of 10 bits, which is more common on high end phones but not used to seeing it on mid-range phones. The same can be said about this screen's most intriguing detail: it's curved on both sides, something that's usually a "featured" sign.
Like Huawei, Honor has also bet a lot on the cameras in its devices, which is why it can be disappointing that the Honor X40 only has two on the back; But the fact is that many prefer it, if the main sensor is like this, with a resolution of 50 MP and f / 1.8 aperture; Although the 2 mega pixel macro sensor will not give you much joy.
